These terms govern your use of hackthestats.com and any proposal, quote or engagement that references them.
The site is provided for information. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to breach it, or reuse its content commercially without written permission.
Case studies, figures and testimonials on this site describe results achieved by specific clients in specific measured windows. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Outcomes depend on your offer, your market, your pricing, your close rate and your delivery, which we do not control.
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.
Fees, milestones and payment schedules are set out in the engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has begun.
On full payment, you own the deliverables built for you: your funnels, copy, automations, creative and documentation. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, frameworks, templates and internal tooling, and may reuse them on other engagements.
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement. We will not publish your name or figures as a case study without your permission.
Delivery depends on you providing timely access to accounts, source material, approvals and a decision maker. Delays caused by missing inputs move the timeline, not the fee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Our work runs on third-party platforms such as advertising networks, CRMs and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions or pricing changes.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the engagement agreement states otherwise.
